Meet Catherine, a.k.a Cat. She was born and raised on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in southeastern Montana. With deep roots in her Cheyenne culture and Montana ranch lifestyle, a rustic chic look comes out through most of her work. In 2013 she moved to San Diego California to pursue an education in Visual Communications at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. San Diego was full of bridal fashion shows and back stage dressing gigs. In 2014 she moved to the FIDM Los Angeles campus to finish her associates in Visual Communications. Living in downtown LA and immersing herself in the urban culture that was so different from her Montana norm. Currently she is working on her Bachelor in Business Management and interning with b.YELLOWTAIL Designs in downtown Los Angeles. In the future she wants to dive into the bridal world and event planning lifestyle. Concept designing and bridal are her passions. With skills in all adobe platforms she currently works with local artists as a freelance visual concept designer.
